The Pump House
In 2018 we consulted with Eastbourne Borough Council on the development of this iconic Victorian pumping station to provide options for commercial and creative use, viability and links to wider civic offer, bringing together a number of creative and business partners.

The Devonshire Collective
In 2016 B&R Productions were commissioned by Eastbourne Borough Council to deliver on their proposal for Devonshire Collective. With the existing Leaf Hall Community Arts Centre and Royal Hippodrome Theatre as associate venues, three empty retail units along Seaside and Seaside Road were converted into a cafe and gallery space, workshop and maker spaces and studios. Rye Creative Centre (formerly known as “The School Creative Centre”)
Working closely with local Councillors in Rye, Rother and East Sussex and with Rye College, B&R Productions developed plans to continue the life of Freda Gardham School when it was de-commissioned in 2008. This resulted in the generation of a centre of creative excellence with over 30 studio spaces, a theatre, gallery, workshop and print room alongside working with voluntary, statutory and third sector agencies to derive a mixed economy and provide a unique resource for artists and the people of Rye. The Huts Eastbourne 2015/16 - Iconic Beach Hut Design Competition
Management of an iconic beach hut competition for Eastbourne Borough Council with two categories (professional architects and community members) with workshops, talks and seafront walks to integrate the local community into the process and enable them to access ideas of place making. More
